PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SITE.
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of peoplescbd.co.uk and to purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us

Rezz Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11991925.
Registered office:

Customer enquiries should be sent to support@peoplescbd.co.uk.
Do not send product returns to our registered office. Contact us first and we will provide the appropriate returns instructions.
2. Using Our Website
By using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
You must not misuse our site, knowingly introduce malicious or harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with its normal operation.
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site where reasonably necessary.
3. Who Can Place an Order
By placing an order through our site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Certain products may be subject to additional age restrictions. Where an age restriction applies, this will be stated on the relevant product or elsewhere on our site and we may use age-verification measures.
4. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, ingredients and other information displayed on our site are accurate.
Product packaging, appearance or presentation may occasionally change. Images are provided to help identify and illustrate products and minor variations may occur.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
Product availability is subject to stock.
5. How a Contract Is Formed
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in it.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order. We will normally confirm acceptance by sending you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
If we are unable to accept an order, we will inform you and refund any payment already taken for products that we cannot supply.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock errors, obvious pricing errors, age-verification failure or where fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the order.
Price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes, multi-buy offers, free products or other promotional incentives.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and will be displayed with the relevant offer where appropriate.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively;
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- promotions are subject to availability; and
- we may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.
Where products are supplied as part of a multi-buy or promotional offer, such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, all products forming part of that offer must be returned if you wish to cancel the complete promotional purchase.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
8. Delivery
We currently deliver to the destinations stated on our Delivery & Returns page.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on our Delivery & Returns page.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Products become your responsibility when they are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, or because delivery was not accepted or collected, additional delivery charges may apply if you ask us to send the order again.
For full delivery information, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
9. Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have a legal right to cancel your contract without giving a reason.
For most eligible goods, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us that you are cancelling, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To exercise your cancellation right, contact support@peoplescbd.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where a legal exception applies, including goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
These exceptions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
10. Returns
In addition to your statutory rights, Peoples CBD operates a 30-day returns policy for eligible products.
Please contact support@peoplescbd.co.uk before returning anything. We will provide the appropriate returns address and instructions.
Do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning eligible products unless we agree otherwise.
You should take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Full details are available on our Delivery & Returns page.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact support@peoplescbd.co.uk.
We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us investigate the issue.
Where goods are faulty or otherwise do not conform to the contract, your statutory remedies apply. We will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
12. Refunds
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be made within the applicable legal timeframe.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, where permitted by law.
For eligible cancellations, we will refund the price paid and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law.
If you selected a delivery method costing more than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not normally refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
13. Product Suitability and Health Information
Information provided on our site is intended for general product and educational purposes.
Food supplements and other wellness products sold on our site are not intended to replace a varied, balanced diet or appropriate professional healthcare.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in accordance with applicable law, information provided on our site should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a claim that a product can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
You should follow the directions, warnings and usage information supplied with each product.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication or have concerns about whether a supplement is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.
Nothing in this section limits any legal responsibility we may have for the accuracy of product information or the safety or conformity of products we supply.
14. Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
- your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by consumers, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption, where you purchase products wholly or mainly for personal use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact and will contact you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of our site, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs and other material, is owned by or licensed to Rezz Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or substantially copy our site content without our permission except where permitted by law.
17. Links to Other Websites
Our site may contain links to third-party websites.
These links are provided for information or convenience. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a link does not mean that we endorse or control the third-party website.
We are not responsible for third-party website content or their privacy practices.
18. Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it and the rights available to you.
19. Electronic Communications
When you place an order or contact us electronically, communications relating to your transaction may also be provided electronically, including by email.
Please ensure that the email address and other contact information you provide are accurate.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, policies or applicable law.
The Terms that apply to your purchase will normally be those in force when your order is accepted, except where a change is required by law.
The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
21. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
22. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and contracts made through our site are governed by English law.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you will retain any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
