We accept orders from the UK including highlands & islands & Northern Ireland only.
All orders received before 2pm are packaged and shipped the same day where possible by Royal Mail or alternate courier service, and will generally arrive within 48-72 hours from the date you place your order depending on the service selected.
The cost for 48 hour Tracked shipping is £5.00 per order. With FREE SHIPPING if the order value is greater than £25.00 after all discounts are applied.

If for any reason your order has a missing or damaged item. You will need to notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All security seals must also be intact. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally all items must be returned if they have been purchased on a promotional offer for example: 3 for 2 or BOGOF. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable): To initiate a return send an email to: email@example.com requesting a return. Await confirmation email with the fulfilment centre address to return your package too. We will NOT accept any returns at our registered or head office address under any circumstances. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and will start the returns process for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
